Starkey Hearing Foundation

Starkey Hearing Foundation's mission is to 'give the gift of hearing to those in need, empowering them to achieve their potential.'  The foundation plans to donate and fit more than 100,000 hearing aids each year.  We help by sending in old hearing aids to Starkey and they make sure that the hearing aids go to people in need.

You can discover more at  www.starkeyhearingfoundation.org .
In the summer, we help sponsor Coach Earle and Jean Bruce's Charitable Radiothon benefitting Athletes Against Alzheimer's.  This past year we donated a pair of hearing aids valued at $11,000 and all proceeds went towards Alzheimer's research.

In May we are proud to be a sponsor of the Pastors Appreciate Breakfast in which there is breakfast, speakers, music, and fellowship.  At The Hearing Center of Ohio we want to show our support to the religiouscommunity and everything they do for Columbus.

The Longest Day

The Gift Of Hearing

Hearing aids are unfortunately not always financially possible, so every December we give away a free pair of hearing aids to someone in need.  We do this through The Gift of Hearing write-in contest in which people submit nominations for themselves or someone they know describing why they deserve the pair of free hearing aids.

The Longest Day is all about love for all those affected by Alzheimer's disease.  The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, so the Alzheimer’s Association wants us to spend that day doing something we love to help raise money and spread awareness for those with this disease.  This year we're doing a lemonade stand!
